Jag älskar Linnea Theodorssons träningsblogg. Jag var så jäkla osugen på att träna idag – men blev mega sporrad när jag såg bilderna på hennes ass, haha. Så ikväll blir det ett mördar rumpa-pass. Ska antingen köra ett pass med Susanne och hennes killkompis!

jag tycker din blogg är jätte bra (Y)
jag har en fråga till dig som kanske kommer låta lite konstig men hur gör du dina lår smalare? Min kropp är helt okej jag trivs i den men det finns bara ett minus (jag ska inte skryta,(kan låta skrytigt) men vet inte hur jag ska förklara annars) jag är smal, överkropp och ben är helt okej smala, jag trivs i det men mina lår är mycket tjockare men ser det och det tycker jag inte så mycket om, har du tips på träning som hjälper låren att minska eller vad man ska säga haha, och mat? :) kram
