Igår lagade jag mat från 11.00 till 21.00! Helskotta vilket heltidsjobb. Jag skulle göra Thanksgivningmiddag till 15 personer. Gjorde min första kalkon som blev helt magisk till det hemmagjorda cheddarpommes på sötpotatis med glaserad rödlök, brysselkol och sedan gjorde Tilda en gräddsås på fonden från kalkonen. Magiskt gott var det! Till efterrätt blev det pecanpaj med choldkladbitar, bär och glass. Mega söndagsmiddag med andra ord!
Dessutom fick jag mitt nya bord igår, så det var extra kul att inviga det ; ) Igår köpte jag 4 nya Kartellstolar till nya matbordet! Älskar att göra om!
Det vart lite för tomt med 4 stolar, så det fick bli 4 till.
