Jag får många frågor vad jag äter – en vanlig rätt som jag älskar är spagetti med köttfärssås. Men eftersom jag inte äter pasta (överkänslig mot gluten) så blir det det fitnessnudlar med köttfärssås. Brukar ha Fitnessgurus fitnessnudlar till allt, den perfekta utfyllnadsmaten utan några kalorier. Det är svingott att ha i min thaisallad. Förut åt jag även bönpasta till, men min mage klarar inte det heller – blir så förbannat uppblåst (sexigt, haha).

Fitnessnudlarna är gjorda av konjac yam. I japan heter nudlarna shirataki nudlar och är kalorifria. Man kan handla dem billigt i de flesta affärer som är specialiserade på asiatiska matingredienser. Man behöver inte köpa den brandade varianten från fitnessguru.
