Som ni vet är jag en sucker för mellanmål och att äta var tredje/fjärde timme. Men jag tycker det är sjukt svårt att få med sig mellanmålet på ett smidigt sätt. Senaste tiden har jag ju levt på beef jerky (älskar det!) – men det kan ju vara härligt med variation. I fredags bestämde jag mig därför att ha med mig två löskokta ägg som jag slängde ner i bara farten. Problemet var bara att våra fryspåsar/plastpåsar var helt slut så jag la dem i gladplast. Sa jag att jag var stressad? Resultatet? Äggmök i min Céline. Ja, det luktar fortfarande äggmök, trots att jag skrubbat den.
Därför är det sjukt kul att Gainomax släpper ”Kvarg” on the go. Som *trumvirvel* dessutom är laktosfri! Är jag hemma eller på kontoret hela dagen äter jag alltid kvarg till mellanmål. Problemet har varit att varje gång jag kastat ner en kvargburk i väskan på morgonen och sedan flänger mellan möten en hel dag så glömmer jag lätt av burken. Kvarg är inte alls lika gott när det marinerats i handväskan under flera timmar och istället skär sig. Jag tycker att det varit så förbaskat svårt att hitta bra mellanmål på Z-eleven eller Pressbyrån som är nyttiga. De mellanmål som är nyttiga som keso (som nästan alltid finns) är aldrig laktosfria. Att köpa en påse nötter klarar jag inte heller av. Då häller jag i mig hela påsen i en tugga, när man bara ska äta en liten näve.
Så när Gainomax frågade mig och Metro Mode i våras om den här kampanjen och samarbetet sa jag därför: Jaaaaaaaaaaaa! Mera kvarg åt folket <3 Framför allt mer lätt tillgängliga nyttiga laktosfria mellanmål åt folket. Tror den med sugkork kommer bli min favorit.
