Det är något som gnager i kroppen. Jag vet inte vad det är. En obehagkänsla. Vet inte om det har med Paris-dådet att göra. Men jag känner en inre stress. Det liksom kryper i kroppen. Jag kan inte sätta fingret på vad det är. Eller om det är för att det är så mörkt att det känns som att dagarna inte existerar längre. Eller för att hela vårt hem ser ut som en sopptipp för tillfället. Vill bara slänga allt som fyller alla hörn i hela lägenheten. Vill bara att vårt nya hem ska bli klart nu. Ni vet när man mentalt redan flyttat. Jag vill åka någonstans med Markus nu. Till något varmt ställe. Bara vara. Har så mycket i huvudet hela tiden att det känns som att hjärnan kommer att få kortslutning och explodera. Skulle typ vilja åka och meditera i Indien och stänga av mobilen.
Ska skriva ner alla ”måsten” på en lista nu. Och bara pricka av skiten imorgon. Så hoppas jag att det släpper. Så mycket småsaker som jag inte hinner med som gör mig så förbannat stressad.

Oj vad jag känner igen mig i det du skriver. Jag satt förut och skrev på mitt skolarbete men var tvungen att byta dokument för att skriva något nytt. Hela min hjärna är full av tankar och det enda jag vill är att skriva ner allt. Problemet är bara att jag inte kan forma meningarna. Det är precis som du skriver, något som kryper inombords men som vägrar komma ut. På något sätt tror jag att allt som händer i världen väcker frustration hos mig som får mig att vilja uttrycka mig. Jag vill påverka och hjälpa till men jag vet inte hur. Istället sitter jag här, med stressen och alla måsten. Skulle inte direkt tacka nej till en resa långt bort där jag slipper tänka på allt som jag tänker på just nu.
Tack för att du dagligen skriver och för att du låter mig kommentera och ventilera min hjärna lite. Du är bäst. Massa kramar.
känner igen mig så väl i det du skriver, speciellt i samband med en flytt…. ett tips är att mitt i flyttstressen vara extra noga med att ta hand om sig själv både fysiskt och mentalt. Ät ordentligt och näringsrikt, se till att ha mycket mellanmål och nyttiga snacks samt mål som går snabbt att fixa när energin dippar, sov mycket och ha extra många lugna kvällar. Det är trots allt kroppen som ska orka med allt, och mentalt är det mycket som ska planeras och fixas. En sak som jag upplever att många blir stressade av är att man tänker att allt ska bli perfekt direkt, allt måste vara ordnat i förtid, lådorna perfekt packade och inredningen ska gärna vara i form för ett hemma hos reportage redan första veckan. en flytt är ju aldrig perfekt, och den ska inte vara det heller! försök om du kan att uppskatta kaoset som är nu, det är ju vägen till ert gemensamma hem och liv som kommer att bli så fint! det är synd om stressen ska göra processen jobbig istället för rolig. ta hand om dig och lycka till med lägenheten!
Hej, jag har läst din blogg i alla år och jag älskar den. Jag älskar din glädje och att få hänga med dig i din vardag. Men jag måste säga att det på senaste tid enbart känt som en reklampelare.. Inte så personlig, vardaglig och hjärtlig som förut och jag saknar det. Ville bara säga det, hoppas du snart mår bättre :)
Känner igen den där känslan, jag har känt så till och från sedan mörkret kom eftersom det känns som att dagarna på något sätt försvinner i och med att det mörknar så tidigt. Det är ju så mycket man vill hinna med samtidigt som det också är bra att lära sig att skala av, och fokusera på det essentiella. Så kanske hellre än att försöka bocka av allt så kanske man får fokusera på det viktigaste och acceptera att man inte hinner/orkar göra allt.
