Ser ni hur många födelsemärken jag fått på magen? För något år sedan hade jag bara de tre som ser ut som orionsbälte i mitten. Borde man kolla upp det?
Efter plåtningen kunde jag inte låta bli att ta en riktigt spegelposerings selfie. Kisa med ögonen, spänna blicken, hahaha. Jag menar hur ofta står min indränkt i hundra liter olja. Mitt hår har fortfarande inte återhämtat sig sedan plåtningen, trots att jag tvättat det två gånger under helgen.

Sporttoppen är helt klart en av mina favoritplagg. Den är lite vadderad och har hela 5 hylsor istället för 2 eller 3 som det brukar vara. Jag avskyr nämligen när sporttoppar skär in och det blir ”valkar”. Men man vill ju fortfarande att toppen ska göra sitt jobb och hålla de små liven på plats. Dessutom gjorde vi midjepartiet lite bredare så den verkligen sitter där den ska. Jag avskyr sporttoppar som plattar åt brösten, så brösten ser ut som en fläskpannkaka eller dubbelbröst. Den kommer säljas i XS, S, M och L. Samma sak gäller byxorna valde att göra de lite högre i midjan med ett bredare midjeparti så de sitter upp utan resår.
Så kul att få göra allting själv från scratch. Allt jag saknat och tänkt på att märken borde göra.

Men varför inte xl och uppåt? Dom som verkligen behöver träna och där det VERKLIGEN saknas bra kläder som inte sitter som kassler…. Överväg gärna!! Jag har otroligt svårt att hitta träningsbhar, jag drar en 85G för tillfället. Ingen L i världen passar mig. Jag får kväva tuttarna så de blir som pannkakor och därmed trycker resåren också in i ryggen så jag helt plötsligt har två tuttar där bak med.. eller köra utan, vilket inte är bra för någon kroppsdel.

Vi sågs på Sephora i Göteborg under deras öppningsevent. Efter det har jag i dagarna läst klart hälften av min utbildning till ayurvedisk hälsoteraput, såå spännande!! Det handlar främst om att hitta sin rytm, allt passar inte för alla och maten gör en frisk (precision svarta lådan hjälpte dig).
Leverfläckarna på magen kan tyda på en oblalans i just levern, men behöver inte vara något livsfarligt utan just en obalans :) Jag kilar upp till Stockholm snart och hjälper dig gärna! Kan du?

Är så spänd på dessa! Snygga som attan och väl genomtänkta, avskyr träningsbyxor som en inte kan böja sig i utan de liksom avslöjar lite för mycket för att de är så låga. Och sportbh – så många kassa en haft genom åren där brösten lever sitt egna liv och gör asont efter ett pass :D Kul!!!
