I samarbete med Felix.
I tisdags hade jag och PT-Fia ett frukostevent tillsammans med Felix på Altromondo yoga. Morgonen började verkligen på bästa sätt – med ett lugn. Varför yogar man inte varje morgon? Vad mycket mer harmonisk man skulle vara som människa då.
Ni minns väl när jag skrev om Felix nya hummus för några veckor sedan? Annars tycker jag att ni ska spana in det inlägget där ni får massa inspiration om hur man kan kombinera och äta hummus i all oändlighet, haha.
Jossan var på plats och grymma Jennie som startat Altromondoyoga höll i klassen. Jag har varit på yogaresa med henne i Italien för några år sedan och blev helt frälst. Hon har verkligen en skönt lugn över sig.
Haha, ser så graciös ut. Tusan vad skönt det är att strecha ut kroppen ordentligt. Kan inte minnas senast jag yogade.
Jag kanske borde haka på Limpan på morgonen och yoga loss. Hon yogar ju som en galning.
Efter yogan hade Felix dukat upp världens brakfrukost. Visste ni att det är den första ekologiska hummusen som dessutom är gjord på naturliga råvaror.
Fanns så mycket härliga saker att doppa hummusen i. B la rostade grönkål – det ska jag sno med mig hem och rädisor. Älskar rädisor. Perfekt snack efter träning – då humus är sjukt mättande, nyttigt och fullt av proteiner.
De här mackorna var också tio poäng med massa hummus, jalapenos och avokado. Har ni inte provat hummusen så måste ni göra det – om ni nu gillar hummus vill säga, haha. Den är faktiskt grym! Ska finnas i butik nu!
