Idag är sista dagen här för Lisa och ikväll anländer Markus och ”byter av” henne. Vi har plåtat så satans mycket bilder. Vi åkte ju hit för att plåta ett samarbete men passade även på att plåta av en massa bilder till bloggen. Lisa är verkligen en jävel bakom kameran och en superhärlig tjej. Så glad att jag börjat jobba med henne.
Dock har vi hunnit med yoga nu två morgnar i rad. Tydligen bästa sättet att starta en dag på, varför har jag inte förstått det förens nu? Känner mig så lugn i kroppen. Måste verkligen börja på yoga när jag kommer hem, kanske en gång i veckan iallafall. Jag känner verkligen hur jag kommer ner i varv. Hur man andas ut alla problem och måsten. Det kanske känns extra härligt att yoga här med den här magnifika vyn. Utanför yogasalen är det en stor fontän så de lämnar dörren öppen så man hör vatten rytmiskt porla under hela klassen. Så varje gång jag försvinner bort i mina egna tankar så hittar man fokus igen genom att lyssna på vattnet.
Det här stället är så vackert. Tycker byggnaden har lite Toscana aura över sig.
Jag vill också ha palmer hemma. I olika höjd. Inget dåligt vykort.
Efter man har yogat så är det dags för frukost. Nästan allt är glutenfritt och laktosfritt. Hello, min drömfrukost. Med hembakat bröd, massa olika röror och så står det en äldre dam i köket och steker omlett till en. Gah, tänk om varje morgon för resten av livet kunde börja på det här sättet. Snacka om balsam för själen.
Cal Riet, där vi bor, ligger i en gammal by som heter Satanyi som ligger 45 minuter från Palma. Byn är pytteliten och väldigt lugn. Men mysig. Dock är det nästan bara tyskar i hela stan. Jag skojar inte. Till och med menyerna är på både tyska och spanska. Så sjukt – som att vara i Tyskland fast i Spanien. Så nu när Markus kommer så har vi hyrt bil så man kan köra till lite andra ställen runt omkring också. Många åker nog till Cal Riet bara för att yoga, hitta sig själva och inte röra sig därifrån men jag klättrar ju på väggarna efter ett tag och behöver lite utflykter mellan åt.
