Ser ni hur mycket de har växt på bara 2 veckor?
De här två senaste veckorna har något historiskt inträffat. Hör och häpna – jag har inte bitit på naglarna en enda gång! Jag må ha nafsat lite på nagelbanden när det krisat (tex igår kväll när vi såg sista Johan Falk filmen, wow by the way). Men inte en enda gång har jag tagit en tugga av nageln. Det låter så fruktansvärt äcklig när man skriver ut sitt nagelbitande i ord. Så målande på något sätt, haha.
Jag har bitit på naglarna så länge jag kan minnas. Innan jag åkte på semester var jag förbi världens bästa nageltjej Emilia Paavola och gjorde schellack. Emilia sa med sin barskaste röst att jag inte var välkommen tillbaka om jag inte slutade bita. Tack Emilia! Nu ska jag bara få ordning på nagelbanden också. Måste börja smörja in mina små tassar.
Känns helt sjukt att det är naglarna som slår på tangenterna och inte fingertoppen. Det låter till och med klick, klick. Känns så ovant, haha.

Nagelbitande är ett helvete och det ser ut som skit! Jag lyckades sluta nån gång kring de tidiga 20 genom att göra naglar på salong. Hade det i några år. Efter det är jag av med ovanan med undantag för nån gång per år då jag får ett återfall. Senast i påskas och sen dess har naglarna varit skräp. Nu är de på väg åt rätt håll igen.

Åh du är en sådan förebild! Jag har också haft problem med det där så länge jag kan minnas. Jag river dock istället. Det enda som hjälper är om jag gör schellack eller nagelförlänhning och att naglarna är helt släta ( minsta lilla jack och det är kört). Så du få gärna skriva om du kommer på en mirakellösning. Du är underbar Petra!!
Jag bet också en del i mina yngre där. Sen en dag slutade jag från ingenstans för när man ser hur de växer och blir fina så vill man inte bita mer. Så good job fortsätt så :)

Jag har också bitit på naglarna hela mitt liv, men har precis som du lyckats sluta på senaste tiden!
Ett super tips som hjälpte mina nagelband var Essies apricot cuticle oil. Den måste du prova! Läker nagelbanden på en gång och luktar jättegott.
Ett annat måste är Essies ”help me grow”. Ett genomskinligt lack som stärker naglarna =)

mandelolje er btw perfekt til å smøre inn neglebåndene.
