Vad gör ni när er motivation till träningen dalar? Just nu kommer jag inte iväg. Så nu har jag slängt på mig mina färggladaste kläder och ska snart möta upp Mathilda som ska släpa iväg mig till gymmet. Jag ska bara dunka in hörlurar och en asfet playlist och springa, springa, springa. Funderar på om jag ska gå och köpa nya träningskläder i veckan – nu jävlar ska det köttas.

Jag insåg att jag faktiskt inte gillar att springa på gymmet. Istället kör jag en halvtimmes powerwalk på löpbandet nu, och inför det behöver jag inte peppa mig lika mycket! Sedan har jag lite mer energi kvar när jag kör en halvtimmes styrketräning efter.

Kanske är det otippat när man ser mig, men det finns inget som gör mig mer till en beast som kan lyfta tungt på gymmet som när de svenska banden Totalt Jävla Mörker och Malum ljuder i mina öron.
Precis som någon skrev ovan så är det bra att kolla motiverande grejer på internet eller instagram – Kayla Itsines gillar jag också, så jävla stark och cool brud! När jag kikat runt lite sätter jag ihop ett cirkelpass med några övningar och så går jag och kör med bra musik i.
Ett annat knep är som någon sa ovan att inte ha så sjukt höga förväntningar varje gång – jag brukar intala mig att det räcker att köra ett hiit-pass (5 min jogga igång, 20*20 sek så fort du kan med 10 sek vila mellan varje, man får hoppa upp på sidorna av löpbandet, och sedan 5 min nedjogg). Efter det är man ändå igång och kan lika gärna köra på, men känner man sig klar så gör det inte heller något ju.

Jag brukar kolla igenom Kayla Itsines och Hannah Polites på Instagram, det ger motivation varenda gång! Eller att ha Natasha Oakley som bakgrundsbild på mobilen är rätt bra med ;)
Intalar mig själv att jag bara ska gå dit och köra ett lugnt pass, världens lugnaste, och när jag väl har kommit igång brukar det sluta med att jag kör hårt ändå. Men att orka byta om och börja träna är det jobbigaste, så jag lurar mig själv för att ta mig genom det. Är det riktigt illa skiter jag i att byta om och tränar i trosor och t-shirt i sovrummet. Känns lättare så av någon konstig anledning.
Jag brukar kolla på gamla bilder så man får se att träningen ger resultat. Du kan ju tillexempel kolla på din bild på vad du gjorde med din kropp på bara några veckor! Det skulle iallafall motivera mig till 1000!
Försök att inte tänka på att du ska ”kötta” varje gång kanske?. Jag brukar springa 3 gånger i veckan, och hade jag gått ut med inställningen att jag skulle slå rekord varje gång hade nog motivationen sjunkit snabbt! =)
Har väldigt sällan dålig motivation men nya och färgglada träningskläder hjälper mycket, och att ha ett kortsiktigt mål! :) du är jättefin i kläderna förresten:)
