Chiapudding är min nya favoritfrukost. Jag tycker det är sjukt svårt med frukost eftersom jag försöker undvika gluten.
Det är superenkelt. Blötlägg chiapuddingen i mandelmjölk, sedan brukar jag addera kardemumma och kanel. Rör runt – låt stå i kylen minst 30 minuter, men gärna över natten.
Till puddingen har jag gjort en äppelkompott som jag fick inspiration av från Foodjunkie. Jag steker äpplen i:

Tänkte förresten höra om någon har något tips till mig som lyckas med konststycket att fucka upp ett recept med två ingredienser (it’s a skill). Jag har nämligen försökt göra chiapudding typ tusen gånger men det blir liksom aldrig pudding utav det, trots en hel natt i kylen?!?! Blir fan tokig snart. Någon som vet vad sjutton det kan bero på?? Plz help.
Jag misslyckades också första gången, men tipset är att röra röra röra. Det blir klumpar i botten som måste röras ut och först då blir konsistenten på hela grejen bra :) Lycka till!
Herregud vad trendigt chiapudding har blivit helt plötsligt haha. Men det ser faktiskt riktigt gott ut så jag måste också prova. Nya bananpannkakan?
