Har aldrig kört med någon som kör så intensiva pass tidigare. Varannan övning är styrka och nästa kondition/styrka. Så du har nästan maxpuls genom hela passet. Vidrigt är vad det är, men det känns i alla fall sjukt effektivt. Ska bli så jävla spännande att se resultatet 1 Juni med mindre alkohol och galningens assistans.

Jag skulle gärna vilja ha råd för magträning. Har fått ner 10 kg och är hyfsat vältränad nu, men magen tar liksom lite längre tid på sig… tränar mest på hemmagymmet pga att det inte finns ngt bra gym i min lilla stad… men ge gärna några förslag hur du gör :)
