Du behöver: Salmalax, bladspenat (valfri sallad), rödlök, tomat, avokado, soya, sweetchili, chili, lime, citronjuice, olivolja, ingefära, koriande, cashewnötter.
Börja med att pressa ner lime och hälla i citronsaft.
Haka sedan koriandern.
Tillsätt Olivolja.
Jag hade inge chili hemma. Så då fick det bli sweetchili istället. Haka annars i en chili!
Ös på med hyvlad ingefära.
Tillsätt lite soya. Smaka hela tiden av.
Hacka i cashewnötter.
Gör en salladsbädd, blanda i lite av thaidressingen, addera avokado.
Så här ser dressingen/såsen ut.
Skär upp salmalaxen i tunna skivor. Om ni har möjlighet, lägg laxen i såsen en dag innan i kylen så den verkligen får suga upp marinaden och smaken.

ehh hahah petra du vet att cashewnötter innehåller asmkt kalorier?? den mängden ser icke nådig ut! börja äta carbs, det här kommer backfirea ändå.. lchf känns så sjukt 2010, get over it, du vet ju själv att regelbundna måltider och kolhydrater (!!) är en del i en balanserad kost.
du är en förebild för så många unga tjejer.. och otroligt vacker och driven, visa att det går med balanserad kost och sunda vanor.
