Friggs gav mig i uppdrag att testa deras nya riskakor med chiafrön & havssalt. Så jag gjorde tre helt olika superriskakor. Som funkar till alla måltider. Frukost som middag. På vardagsmornarna (när tiden inte finns där) brukar jag dock bara äta mosad avokado över riskakorna med havssalt. Dessa är verkligen sjukt goda. Tunna och krispiga.
Innan vi börjar – hur fina är mina nya underlägg från Andrea Brodin?
Först ut –> En riktigt somrig riskaka med det bästa jag vet på sommaren: löjrom, cremé fraiche, gräslök, rädisor, sallad och rödlök. Mums!
Okej, det här är en episk riskaka. Perfekt till förrätt eller kanske till och med som efterrätt. Fikonmarmelad, Mixsallad, Gruyèreost och kanderade valnötter.
Som ni vet så älskar jag asiatisk mat. Den här riskakan är inspirerad av min thaisallad. Salmalax, gurkstavar, koriander, lime och min thaisalladdressing. Brukar variera från gång till gång. Men det viktigaste är att hitta rätt balans mellan det söta, starka och det sura. Ös i koriander. Snåla inte. Ös i färsk riven vitlök, chili, ingfära. Du kan även ha i ostronsås. Prova dig fram och hitta din favorit. Och massa lime.
