Imorse startade jag dagen med att besöka dietisten jag blivit tilldelad av magcenter. Fram till 28:e april ska jag äta en superstrikt gutenfri diet och se om det blir bättre. Jag tror ju själv att jag har IBS och är överkänslig mot gluten. Men eftersom jag har en inflammation och så mycket problem med magen (går på toa kanske 8 gånger om dagen) – så ska jag iallafall prova det och se om det blir någon bättring eller om det är något annat.
Sedan hann jag med ett möte och lite jobb innan det var dags att köra veckans första Bootcamppass på Kampsportslabbet med grymma Fannie, världens bästa tränare. Älskar att träna med Fannie. Världens snyggaste (coolaste och härligaste) MMA tjej!

Alltså kolla hur mycket Limpan kämpar! Så nice att varje pass bara är i 45 minuter då hinner man verkligen ta ut sig helt utan att tröttna, haha.
Efter passet gick jag till Perfect Day för att medverka i: ”Tankar med Daniel Redgert”. Vi skrattade som tusan! Det blir ett riktigt skvallrigt avsnitt som kommer redan på torsdag!
Nu ska jag iväg på en IPL behandling. Sedan ska jag pilla ihop ett härligt matigt blogginlägg till er <3

Hej Petra låter precis som jag hade det för ca 4 år sen. Gick på toa 6-8 gg om dagen magknip osv. Alla prover var bra dom trodde det var bakterie eller samonella men det visade sig inte vara något utav det. Var på akuten säkert 6 gg ätit omeprasol och andra mediciner. Endaskopi vadade irriterad tarm men inget som ska orsaka sådana besvär. Vill du så lan du maila mig så berättar jag mer.

Crohns eller Ulcerös kolit?
Hej Petra! Har läkarna uteslutit ulcerös kolit!? Symtomen låter som ulcerös kolit! Men vid det här laget borde du nästan bo på den vita fåtöljen och absolut inte orka träna… tog läkarna 10 veckor att fastställa min diagnos efter en mindre trevlig koloskopi! Känns som du har gått med dina besvär längre än så?! :/ krya på dig vännen!
Petra – om du tror du har IBS og er overkjennslig mot gluten kan det være fruktose du reagerer på, og at det ikke er gluten som er problemet, men hvetens kolhydrater. Fructose intolerance!
