Vad kul och härligt attt du kommit igång med träningen och så :) Jag har precis kommit igång jag med och SKA nu bli jävöligt trimmmad och slimmad! finns liksom inga andra alternativ! Dock har jag lite svårt med vad jag ska äta och vilka tider man ska äta på osv. Hade varit grymt tacksam om du kanske la upp vad du stoppar i dig under dagarna och när du äter. Jag tränar ungefär ett pass om dagen, kondis varje dag och styrke varannan. Tack för en asbra blogg och grymt mycket inspiration!
