Jag och Carro började med att bränna 400 kalorier på löpbandet.
Sedan körde vi den vidrigaste övningen direkt! Jag och Jakob fick börja med rumplyft på stepbräda medans Carro och Jonas körde biceps med gummiband. Den här övningen gör man i 8 set. Dvs. Knäböj 20 sek, vila 10 sek, knäböj 20 sek – tills du gjort 8 set. Underskatta inte övningen, den är vidrig – rumpan ska nudda stepbrädan. Sedan byter vi plats och upprepar samma procedur. Detta är filmat efter vi var klara. Bara för att visa benböjet.
Sedan kör vi box – också 8 set. Då slår vi 20, vilar 10, slår 20 x 8 set. Vi börjar med raka slag.
Sedan kör vi krokar – men det glömdes att filmas så här kör jag uppercut istället som är den 3:e slaget.
Sedan kör du om samma procedur ett varv till: raka, krokar och uppercut. Sista två varven avslutar du med 4 raka, 4 krok och 4 uppercut på samma gång.
Medan de andra två slår åker man på att göra den fruktansvärt jobbiga kärran. 12 gånger fram och tillbaka, följt av utfall tills de andra är klara.
Sedan avslutningsvis så gör vi en underbar situp-serie som Jonas satt ihop (glömde filma den) – 23 rep av varje magövning på raken, tror det är 7 olika övningar sammanlagt. VIDRIGT. Och för att göra det hela ännu mer smärtsamt avslutas denna med vi göra plankan i 1 min 30 sekunder – vilket är pissjobbigt när man gjort över 100 situps som ni ser, haha.
Sist men inte mins armhävnings stafett och jag har till och med fått dispens för jag är så dålig och får göra dem på knä, men suger ändå. Måste bli bättre på det!
