Jag har några funderingar kring Heat tabletterna, som du kanske kan besvara, du verkar kunnig =)
Det står att man på träningsdagar ska ta en på morgonen och en just innan träning, det jag undrar är om man tränar på morgonen, tar man den som vanligt under eftermiddagen då? och om man skulle träna kl 22, är det för sent att ta den? Och sista frågan, om man har tänkt träna kl 19 men sedan ställs träningen in, är det för sent att ta den ändå då?
