Jag äter sunt & tränar 3-4 ggr/ veckan, men kände att de där sista kilona inte ville försvinna ändå. Så jag köpte endast heat. Dock känner jag att jag får skakningar, lätt illamående & lite vallningar.. Har du märkt detta?? Har försökt söka på nätet efter liknande upplevelser men hittar inget.
