Började morgonen med det vidrigaste PT-passet hittills. Det här passet var fan värre än fystesterna. Vi körde 100 repetitioner av varje övning i 4 etapper. Alltså först 40 st – 3 olika övningar, nästa varv 30 st, sedan 20 och avslutningsvis sista varvet 10 st! Det vill säga 300 repetioner inom loppet av en kvart. Och så höll vi på så hela passet. Nästan bara ben. Mina ben gråter nu. Träningsvärken imorgon kommer inte vara nådig.
