Igår var jag, Joanna och Jocke på Balance på lunchen och brände av ett jävligt bra pass. Vi avslutade allt med TRX-övningar. Varken Joanna eller Jocke hade kört det tidigare. De är så sinnessjukt jobbigt och svinbra för hela kroppen, då du måste hålla balansen samtidigt som du håller dig uppe.
Ska lägga upp fler filmer på bra övningar. Men dessa 3 brukar jag nästan alltid avsluta alla min pass med. Jag brukar köra:
3 varv
3 x 15 – Dra ut knäna mot magen och sedan ut i split, långsamt.
3 x 25 sekunder – cykla i luften
3 x 15 – svinga upp knäna längst sidorna av kroppen.
