Helskotta vad vidrigt passet var igår, men kul! Fokus på ben och som alltid RUMPA. Jag fick göra vidriga dragövningar med släp (se filmerna nedan) och sedan dragkamp och squats – jag får inte glömma de vidriga repen, min värsta. Ni vet de där tjocka repen som man ska kasta allt vad man kan i marken (hatar den övningen).
Så här såg jag ut på väg till gymmet i min nya kit från Adidas – linne, jacka och nya superskor Boost från inspelningen. Sedan hade jag nya byxor från DOM (Drop of mindfulness) och shaker från Fitnessguru.
Så här såg jag ut efter passet… En svettig skugga av mitt forna jag.
Och här kan ni se två övningar Hans körde med mig där jag skulle släpa vikter…
Japp, här kan ni se en till med upphopp istället….
Sedan åkte jag hem och lagade middag och gjorde matlådor. Broccoli och haricoverts med lax och murkelsås på grädde. Jummie for the tummy.
Idag vaknade jag med tuppen för en timme sedan vid 04.00. Himla tidig frulle – med ingefära, varmt vatten och citron, gruyére ost, kvar med cappuccino protein och ägg.

hej petra! plz behöver hjälp med assträning. alltid när jag kör specifika rump/baksida lår övningar som utfall och squats känner jag främst i framsida av låren och dan efter är det också där träningsvärken framförallt känns av. blir galen på att jag uppenbarligen gör fel på nåt sätt med såpass enkla övningar…har du nåt tips? vill ju träna rumpan inte framlåren:(
Nu har du fått ett väldigt bra svar redan men under en squat, tänk att du ska spänna rumpan så hårt att det är den som ”lyfter” upp dig och inte låren.
Hi! Try to ”squat with the heels” as in try to push up with your heels instead with the flat of your foot. You can even place a thin board underneath the balls of your feet and toes so you get the lifted a bit. Then squat. Im sure youll get a different kind of feel to the squat!
