Igår hade jag en sådan dag, ni vet när man vaknar upp svullen som ett as för att inse att man precis fått sin mens och håller på att slå till busschauffören för det känns som att någon hugger en i mellangärdet. Och fått finnar i hela ansiktet på grund av att kroppen får en jäkla hormonchock av mensen. Att sedan bränna av ett vidrigt pt-pass när man dessutom gått upp 4 kg i ren vätska och känner sig som världens största jäkla flodhäst är inte kul.
Dessa övningar är vidriga. Ja, det ser lätt ut. Men att ha en jävla säck på sig som väger 15 kg är vidrigt. HATAR DEN HÄR JÄVLA ÖVNINGEN.
Den här övningen är också för jävla vidrig. Dragkamp. Helst av allt skulle jag vilja släppa handduken och slå till Hans i ansiktet och sedan springa därifrån.
