Idag börjar jag, Linnea, Joanna och Tilda på Linneas PT-s superprogram. Vi har även lyckats övertala en av mina bästa kompisar Tilda att börja på Sats. Så idag är det hon som går och plockar ut ett satskort. Det kommer inte vara nådig hets på det här gänget.
Nu är jag trött på att festa, varit lite för mycket av den biten senaste tiden. Jag känner mig riktigt spritfet just nu, det osexigaste som finns. Spritfett! Trots att jag tränat, känns det helt meningslöst då jag krökat som ett svin.
Jag tänkte lägga ut matprogrammet så att ni kan joina om ni vill. Men nu behöver jag er hjälp, jag är så förbannat trött på mina Spotifyträningslistor och jag vet att ni sitter inne på så många bra. Kan ni inte posta era bästa i kommentarsfältet?

Tycker du inte att det är jobbigt att lixom behöva starta om varje måndag? Att leva sunt, äta rätt och träna måndag-torsdag och sen köra järnet? Vi är alla olika men jag hade aldrig löst det att behöva starta om med av rensa kroppen från skit varje vecka. De två första veckorna av en riktigt sund kost är fruktansvärda men sen blir det lixom lättare. Men kommer du ngnsin till tiden då det vänder?
