Idag var vi som sagt och körde pt-pass med Hannah! Jävlar hörni! Hej träningsvärk i låren. I die. Vi skulle köra 5 varv med 6 övningar under varje varv. Efter första varvet ville alla börja gråta. Inte trist träningsvärk man kommer ha imorgon. Haha, jag har precis övertalat Hannah att flytta in här i början på maj nästa gång hon kommer till Stockholm så hon kan hålla stenkoll på mig. Det är ju som att vara med i Biggest Loser att ha en egen PT hemma hos sig, inte fy skam.

Vad är det här ”craze” med att ha en PT? Kan man inte träna själv? Ptn är ju ingen ”miracle pill” att gå ner i vikt eller bli fit, man måste ändra sin kost, träna, vila och man måste jobba långsiktigt och acceptera att ”detta liv är mitt liv från och med nu” och vara positiv om det. Att vilja ändra sin liv. Tycker jag iaf
