Shake it til you make it

Imorse gjorde jag en shake till mig och Joanna. Den blev sjukt god, trots att den ser ut som något jag fiskat upp ur kloaken.
Kan ni inte tipsa om era bästa shakes? Jag vill ha recept på någon god avokadoshake! 

Jag hade i: bladspenat, spirulina, ingefära, hallon, mandelmjöl, koriander och fitnessgurus one bake proteinpulver.

  • Om du gillar hallon & lakrits så är den här smoothien en DRÖM!
    – frysta hallon, äkta lakritspulver, lite laktosfri filmjölk, vatten, steviaströ!

    Man får mixtra lite med mängderna, men det ska vara lite fil i förhållande till övriga ingredienser :)

    3 dl cocosvatten (narurellt OSÖTAT)
    1/2 avocado
    2 msk chiafrön
    1 näve grönkål eller spenat (grönkål är super för kroppen!!!)
    1 skopa proteinpulver (one whey med någon frukt/bärsmak är bäst till)
    1-1/msk msk kokosfett

    Denna smoothie är fylld med protein, antioxidanter, fibrer och BRA fetter! Perfekt när som egentligen!!!

  • Grön smoothie: Fryst mango, halv banan, halv avokado, 1 msk kvarg/lättkesella, kardemumma, kanel, citronsaft, babyspenat. Mumma! Supergott att ha i ingefära också, apelsin eller grapefrukt.

    Rosa smoothie (typ Health nut goes nuts från Blueberry) Banan, jordnötsssmör, frysta jordgubbar, riven kokos, mjölk, vaniljproteinpulver. Mixa och njut!
