Idag på gymmet körde jag först Hannahs pass med olika stationer (läs: VIDRIGT). Sedan körde jag några egna övningar som jag brukar köra. Älskar den här rumpövningen. Den kanske inte ser mycket ut för världen men DAMN vad den känns i stackars lilla rumpan. Jag brukar göra 30 rep på varje ben x 3. Det bästa med övningen är att du likväl kan göra den hemma som på gymmet. Try it! Den tar på övre delen av röven – precis som man vill att den ska!
Se till att spänna röven hela tiden under övningen och långt fram med benet när du svingar det framåt och bakåt.
Jag har ju tagit en före bild med Hannah – ska bli jävligt spännande att se efter vår månad tillsammans.
