Min kusin visade precis mig den här lägenheten. Damn! Jag blev lite kär, jag vet det är inte optimalt med ett sovloft – men hur nice är den? Jag tror ta mig tusan att de byggt till stuckatur själva, att det inte allt är original med lister och dylikt. Så här ska jag ha det i min nästa lägenhet eller kanske till och med göra om den jag bor i. Älskar höga vägglister. Jag är så förbannat sugen på att köpa en ny lägenhet! Mest för att ha ett nytt projekt att sätta tänderna i, helst av allt vill jag ha ett renoveringsobjekt som jag kan blåsa ut fullständigt. Men det finns ju knappt några sådana på marknaden längre.

Nä det är nog med största sannolikhet original stuckatur, listverk och paneler. Just det där huset har klassificeringen stort kulturhistoriskt värde enligt Stockholms Stadsmuseum och är känt för sina rika utsmyckningar. Husets arkitekt Johan Laurentz är också känd för sina mycket påkostade byggnader. Tidigare var det stora paradvåningar (8-10 rum och kök) i huset men har senare styckats upp i flera mindre lägenheter.

Älskar väggarna men inte inredningen, tavlorna passar inte alls tycker jag!
Tänk så olika smak man har när det gäller inredning! För mig känns denna lägenhet väldigt ungkarl, men med några få kvinnliga detaljer.
Lägenheten kan nog bli riktigt fin med lite pyssel! :)
