Nu drar vi igång! Imorse var jag och filmade några klipp där till Metro Mode med kampsportaren Sadibou. Nu har jag precis varit på Kampsportslabbet igen. Jag och Alejandro körde överkropp – de här killarna verkar inte vara att leka med, haha. Jag dog bokstavligen talat. Ingen trist träningsvärk man kommer ha imorgon. Vi kommer köra 5 pass i veckan som sagt. Fyra PT fyspass – två överkropp och två ben. För att sedan köra ett gemensamt kampsportpass med Sadibou. Plus naprapat en dag i veckan. Det är ju ta mig tusan ett heltidsjobb, haha. Men helvete vad taggad jag är. 10 veckors håll käften slit. Vi har tagit före-bilder och de har lovat en superförvandling grande.
