Igår var jag och Susanne och körde veckans roligaste pass med världens härligaste Sadibou. Jävlar, vad roligt det är att boxas. Skulle kunna köra pass med honom varje dag bara för det är så kul. De andra passen vi kör är ren fys (stenhårt).
Det är några som frågat om upplägget. Jag och Susanne ska alltså köra 10 veckor sammanlagt med Kampsportslabbet. Och de hjälper oss med allt från träning till kost – till att faktiskt lära känna sin kropp. Igår efter passet var jag på två timmars muskel avscanning. Där Ricardo gick igenom kroppen bit för bit. Imorgon ska jag till en grym naprapat som ska kika på mig. Och i fredags var jag som sagt och gjorde en fettmätning för att kunna följa utvecklingen under dessa tio veckor.
