Grönsaker i ugn, mina favoriter just nu är sötpotatis (tunt skivade) morötter, rödbetor, rödlök, broccoli – häll olivolja över och toppa med flingsalt och oregano. 200 grader, ca 20-25 min, beroende på hur tunt man skivat sötpotatisen. Lycka till med middagen och ha en trevlig helg :)

Ugnsrostad butternut squash (pumpa) är grymt gott, nyttigt och höstigt. Tillaga precis som klyftpotatis o kör någon svamp- eller rödvinssås till
Hyvla zucchini med en osthyvel så det liknar bandpasta.. Sen steker du dessa i olivolja och kryddor (ev vitlök). Mycket bra alternativ till kolhydrater

Gör någon god sallad till med tex puylinser och kapris i. Så himla gott! Så kan du göra en liten röra med anjovis, lite dijonsenap och rödlök och köra i matberedaren. Låter konstigt men väldigt gott till kött!
Eftersom alla killar är enkla att tillfredsställa skulle jag köra på pompa och lohmanders bea :). Men nu skulle det inte vara några kolhydrater så byt ut pompan mot lite grönsallad så blir det perfekt!
Stekt vitkål! Så gott! Eller grönsaker i ugn, typ rödlök, squach, paprika, vitlök citron osv med olivolja och flingsalt! Eller Blomkålsduchesse.
