Nu under bootcampet äter jag antingen en smoothie som imorse med hampaprotein, spirulina, alger, citron, lime, ingefära och färskpressad koncentrerad äppeljuice som jag blandar ut med vatten. Till det brukar jag äta en omlett. Annars äter jag oftast två ägg och en matsked jornötssmör eller jordnötssmör och kalkonskivor. Ibland unnar jag mig en glutenfri havregynsgröt med mandelmjölk och rårörda lingon.
