Jag är ateist. Men det betyder inte att jag inte tror. Jag minns att jag blev sjukt intresserad av attraktionslagen för några år sedan när jag kollade på Oprah som sände ett program som handlade om det ”The Secret” som delvis bygger på attraktionslagen.
Jag tror verkligen att vi är som stora magneter som drar åt oss den energien vi söker efter. Lagen om attraktion gör att du bara kan dra till dig det som finns på samma frekvens som du.
Idag hade jag mitt coachingmöte med Filippa och hon talar också om hur viktigt det är, framför allt när du står inför något tufft att visualisera något positivt för att inte dra till dig mer negativ energi. För när vi lever vårt liv i rädsla missnöje, ilska, frustration, sorg och en känsla av brist vibrerar vi på låg frekvens. Men ju mer vi skiftar fokus och öppnar upp och kommer i kontakt med vårt inre desto högre går vi upp i frekvens.
Lär dig byta fokus. Från brist till överflöd, från rädsla till tillit, från negativt till positivt, från irritation till glädje.
Sluta lev i rädsla. Lev i kärlek och var tacksam <3

Kommer ihåg för många år sedan när jag levde i rädsla, brist och negativitet överlag. Jag lät människor runtomkring mig diktera vad som är möjligt, vad jag får förvänta mig och inte utav livet, hur jag inte borde försöka med något och ”räta in mig i ledet”, hur jag borde leva, hur jag får vara och inte vara. Jag tog det säkra före det osäkra och förgiftade sakta men säkert min själ på ett väldigt fundamentalt plan, allt enbart pga av att jag inte vågade lyssna på min egen inre röst före någon annans. Idag kan jag säga att vägen har varit lång, men jag vågar äntligen lyssna på min egen röst, mitt eget tyckande och tro på mig själv mer än någonsin förr. Att stålsätta tron på överflöd, tillit till världen och livet är svårt och något som man måste jobba med dagligen, men efter ett tag släpper det mer och mer, friheten blir total. Idag vågar jag tro på att jag har någonting att bidra med här i världen, och jag är t.om lite orolig för om jag kommer hinna med allt jag vill under min livstid när man ser hur dagarna rinner iväg, haha..
Detta kan ju såklart vara projiceringar på hur jag TROR du är som person av vad jag har sett och läst, snarare än hur du faktiskt är eftersom jag inte ens känner dig. Men det känns som att du fundamentalt tror på din rätt till ett liv i lycka och välstånd. Det känns som att du tror på din rätt att ta upp plats i denna värld och bli lyssnad på utan en uns tvekan i din kropp överhuvudtaget när man läser din blogg, och tänker på hur en person som dig måste leva (Det finns personer som inte ens vågar tro på det skrämmande nog). Du är din egen lyckas smed, och är en sann inspiration för andra att följa..
