I fredags efter jobbet så gick jag och Carro och handlade mat och köpte med oss massa vin och gick hem till mig. Jag hade fått för mig att jag skulle göra min första Pekingduck wraps. Jag har velat göra det sedan vi var i NYC nu sist. Jag älskar att laga mat, det är bland det bästa jag vet. Och jag älskar asiatisk mat. Och kött. Kött och rödvin gör mig lycklig in i själen. Vi handlade allt i en asiatisk matbutik. Jag började med att sätta på ungnen på 250 grader. In med ankan som var färdigmarinerad i en halvtimme. Medan den låg i ugnen satte jag igång med min supersås som jag har till allt när jag lagar asiatiskt.

Sedan är det dags att mortla cashewnötterna som också ska ner i såsen. Älskar att mortla saker. Mest för att min mortel är i marmor och guld.
Hacka springonion och gurka i tunna stavar. Skär upp avokado och rödklök. Hacka koriander och skiva lime i bitar.
Finns det något bättre än att kasta av sig kläderna (och underkläderna), sätta på sig det mjukaste man har, sätta upp håret i stram tofs och hälla upp ett glas vin? Tror inte det.
Värm upp Hoi Sin Sauce. Som är grym till Anka!
Ånga bröden. Koka upp en kastrull med vatten och lägg ett durkslag över. Tadaaaa en ångmaskin!
Ta ut ankan. Då är den så här krispig och fin. Hej ankan!
Lägg upp allt på fat. Här är min superthaisås. Den är SÅ GOD. Toppa med koriander och chili.
Jag gillar verkligen när man får pussla ihop sin middag själv.
Tadaaaa! Hacka sedan ankan i småbitar, så man lätt kan göra en anktaco!
