Tog precis en jobbpause och begav mig till Kamsportslabbet för söndagspasset. Det är 4 pass i veckan – måndagar, onsdagar, fredagar och söndagar. På söndagar är det roligaste passet. Då får vi nämligen köra kampsport med Sadi. Vet ni hur jobbig den här övningen var? Man får inte sätta ner händerna i marken, utan måste ta i från benen.
Här knäar jag Mira 20 gånger – sedan ska man gå med böjda ben till mitten och tillbaka i 3 minuter. SJUKT JOBBIGT!
Gah, här var jag så trött att jag höll på att dö. Sparka två, ner på marken, nästa ben…
Japp, nu är jag tillbaka på kontoret – KÄMPA! Kommer behöva sitta här fram till midnatt minst. Sista jobbhelgen på jävligt länge kan jag meddela – efter den här bilagan checkar jag ut. Ska typ ta ledigt på onsdag och checka in på SPA, haha. Är helt död.
