I förra veckan kom Dasha över till mig med den senaste Absolutflaskan, Absolut Svea, som hon hade beställt hem från Systembolaget. Vi skulle iväg på middag, men bestämde oss för att slänga ihop några drinkar innan. Dasha prenumerera på Absolut nyhetsbrev och hade fått två nya recept på drinkar som vi tänkte testa. Markus var hemma och förevigade hela kalset.
Dasha gjorde grovjobbet och jag stod för poserandet, haha. Ni behöver:
– Citron
– Färsk Basilika
– Vattenmelon
– Absolut Svea
Och skakandet! Hur fin är den här shakern från Tom Dixon? Vi lotta ut en sådan på Metro Mode Home förut. Jag blev besatt och bestämde mig för att köpa en likadan.
Basilika, kanske världens bästa drinkingrediens. Älskar basse!
Börja med att pressa citron. Jag funderar starkt på att köpa en citronpress. Jag älskar ju whisky sours. Perfekt för just det ändamålet. Dessutom är citron döden för marmor, det fräter bort ytan.
Mortla vattenmelon (massa!) och basilika tillsammans.
Tillsätt citronjuicen. Skaka!
Fyll glasen med is!
Sedan är det bara att servera!
