Haha, har snarare legat i friläge hela semestern och bara rullat fram de två senaste veckorna.
Men det ska det bli ändring på det nu minsann. Jag är megapeppad. Har bokat in flera pass med Kampssportslabbet så nu finns det ingen återvändo. Och den första september kör jag igång med dem på riktigt HARDCORE i 10 veckor. Haha, ska mjukstarta nu i tre veckor så min kropp inte får en chock och tror jag blivit galen. Så nu är det dags att sluta lyfta drinkar och börja lyfta vikter. Jag älskar att se resultat. Det spelar ingen roll om det handlar om jobb som träning. Men jag vill att det ska hända något. Antingen att jag orkar fler repitioner eller att jag får en större fastare stjärt. Jag tror dessutom det är viktigt för ens drivkraft och utveckling.
