I förra veckan kickade jag igång ett 10 veckors bootcamp med massa kompisar tillsammans med Fitnessguru och Kampsportslabbet. Igår hann vi bara med två pass (eller jag ett). Men från och med denna vecka så kör vi tre dagar i veckan. Alltså fy fan vilket pass Fannie Redman körde med oss idag.
Jag hade tokladdat med kvarg till frukost. Nu är det slut på mackor varje dag. Förra veckan tror jag att jag åt smågodis VARJE DAG. Och pommes minst fyra gånger, haha. Jag tänker inte bli hälsan själv, men iallafall tänka till lite mer på vardagar.
Min favvogrej till frukost – chiapudding eller osockrad kvarg med steviadroppar. Så jävla smart. Jag äter nästan alltid laktosfrikvarg på morgonen eller chiapudding. Och så droppar jag bara i 2-3 droppar (det är allt som behövs). Och det smakar så gott och är mycket bättre än att köpa kvarg med tillsatt socker. Kokos och vanilj är mina favoriter, men det finns alla möjliga smaker. Ni hittar dem här på Fitnessguru. Det funkar även svinbra till matlagning och bakning. Try it! Det finns en med mandelsmak som är svingod att droppa i kaffet.
Vi körde 5 minuters intervaller hela passet.
Så många som hade möten idag så vi blev bara fyra stycken. HELT SLUT.
