Okej, börja med att se den innan ni läser inlägget. Jag lovar – ni kommer att gilla den.
Jag och några kompisar pratade om just det här fenomenet imorse. Att man idag nästan kan få ångest av att inte göra något. Av att ta det lugnt. Men varför känner man egentligen denna stress? För att man är rastlöst eller för att ”alla” andra är på en beach club i Marbella, seglar i Kroatien eller äter räkor på västkusten? Medan du själv ligger i soffan på landet hos dina föräldrar i din gamla noppriga skoltröja, pillar dig själv i naveln medan du slukar repriser och rostade mackor dränkta i smör och ost.
Bara för att det inte är fotovänligt – så måste jag ju ändå säga att det kan vara bland det bästa jag vet. Alltså bländande vitt bröd som dryper i fett och repriser.
Är det en berättigad rastlöshet man känner – för att man faktiskt är uttråkad eller är det pressen att ha lika kul som alla andra, iallafall på bild.
Haha, vet inte hur många gånger jag sagt till Markus. Nej!!!! Jag ska ta en bild innan vi ska hugga in på maten. Eller hur jag kan lägga många minuter på att piffa till vår söndagsfrukost till perfektion. Fast som tur är brukar Markus fortfarande sova då, annars skulle han väl tro att jag är en riktigt galning, haha. Men ska jag vara ärlig tycker jag att det är riktigt kul att bygga små stilleben av mat. Men absolut inte varje dag. Det är sällan jag postar en bild på våra måndagsmiddagar som ofta består av spagetti, köttbullar och ketchup.
Ibland behöver man: stänga av, ta ett andetag, just relax, inte jaga likes – and do it your way.
