Igår var jag som sagt på rockabillyfest för en gammal familjekompis som fyllde 70-bast med alla mina syskon och pappa och hans tjej Annika. När jag växte upp i Storängen i Nacka var alla grannar som en enda stor familj. På riktigt. Det var nästan som en sekt, haha. Och igår var alla gamla grannar där – så himla kul att träffa alla igen har så mycket gamla minnen med alla.
Roligast var det såklart att träffa Millo igen. På bilden ovan ser ni hela syskonskaran: Ludde, jag, Millo och Lollo. Jag är äldst, Millo näst äldst, Lollo trea och Ludde minst. Är det inte lite konstigt att alla syskon fått matchande namn förutom jag. Känns inte alls som att Petra går ihop med de andra namnen.
Jag lyckades rota fram den här jeansgrejen i källaren. Tur var det för alla hade verkligen klätt ut sig. Synd att jag inte lyckades fånga några roliga outfits på bild.
De dansades en jäkla massa.
Festen var så bra uppstyrd. Liveband, alla servitriser åkte runt på rullskridskor och var utklädda, maten gick i ren rockabilly anda, flipperspel.
Min brorsa har blivit så sjukt stor. Ingen kände knappt igen honom på festen. Han är liksom längre än mig nu, hur kan tiden gå snabbt?

Vad är det för lokal som festen var i?
åh, min lillebror som år tio år yngre än mig har också blivit himla stor (och jag har blivit… gammal..) och han är så otroligt fin men samtidigt är det lite sorgligt, önskar att han kunde vara gullig tonåring för alltid.
Men, en helt annan grej! Jag har lyssnat på din podd och hört din beskrivning av dina magproblem, och läste ditt inlägg häromdan. Jag känner igen mig, verkligen, och jag kan bara säga PROVA FODMAP!! Jag har kört själv utifrån information på nätet, det är faktiskt inte så svårt. Hursomhelst, när jag började med elimineringsfasen blev magen bra på typ två dagar! Jag läste på, framförallt på sidan bellybalance.se, och laddade ner deras app, IBSfri gratis. Jag har alltså kört fodmap utan att köpa deras kurs eller gå till dietist.
Alla magar är olika, för min del gäller det att (när magen är dålig, tex efter en period med mycket alkohol/stress/oro/socker/sötningsmedel) framförallt avstå från: alkohol, lök, vitlök, bönor, ärtor, avokado (jag vet, avokado är livet! men det är bäst att låta bli när man har en dålig mag-dag) sötningsmedel (inklusive cola light, Petra!), broccoli, blomkål, äpplen, päron, vattenmelon, laktos i stora mängder. Undvik jättestora portioner, stora mängder fett eller socker (dvs chips/pizza/godis).
När magen är bättre igen funkar det iallafall för mig oftast att äta av mag-bovarna ovan, om jag är försiktigt med mängderna.
Nu skrev jag en jättelång kommentar som kanske inte intresserar dig alls, men jag tänker att det kan ju finnas andra stackars IBS-magar därute som läser.
