Just nu går jag på någon form av högvarv. Jag har så mycket tankar inför 2018 – det känns som ett helt nytt liv. Det är så mycket nytt som kommer att ske på alla plan. Jag kan inte riktigt avslöja något än – men snart så. Jag vill bara sätta igång nu.
Jag är verkligen en människa som nästan blir helt manisk när jag vill något och brinner för det, men min last är att jag också är jävligt dålig på att göra saker jag inte vill göra eller känner lust inför. Jag kan verkligen dra mig för att betala räkningar och göra administrativa saker. Jag är väldigt bra på att komma på idéer och sätta fröet, men mindre bra på att underhålla vissa projekt. Jag behöver någon som räddar mig där – som pushar mig och driver igenom.
Just nu är jag inne i en nästan manisk kreativ period, det är som att hela havet stormar i huvudet, så många tankar som överlappar varandra. Jag har lärt mig att skriva ner precis allt, annars glömmer jag. Det här kanske låter flummigt men ibland hoppar jag så mycket i mina tankar att jag glömde vad det ens var jag höll på med från första början. Jag har aldrig haft problem med att studera eller prestera i skolan när jag väl sitter bänkad framför skärmen. Men vägen dit kan vara lång och ofta har jag studerat in prov i sista sekund, under press. Nästan så att det krävs den pressen för att jag ska ta tag i det.
Ibland tror jag verkligen att jag har en släng av ADHD. Jag har tänkt att jag ska kolla upp det flera gånger, men det faller alltid mellan stolarna.

Jag är 30 år och har precis, efter en låååång utredning fått min diagnos, ADHD. Första veckorna på medicin nu, känner mig mer lagom redan, inte lika djupa dalar och höga toppar. Kan organisera jobbet och har inte 3000 bollar i luften. Jag är precis som du, känner igen prick varje sak. Det är jobbigt att utreda sig pga det var sååååå trååååkigt och allt tar tid, men skönt nu när man vet. Kan rekomendera att göra en utredning. Jag är högt uppsatt chef och har klarat mig bra ändå, gränslös har jag iof alltid varit, och det känns som allt alltid funkar på minsta marginal. Så misstänker du diagnos tycker jag du ska göra en utredning, man får mycket hjälp och redskap hur man ska göra. Ha en fin jul.
Alltså förlåt men kan du låta bli att slänga dig med begrepp som ”ADHD” och ”manisk”? Diagnoser är inte modeord som du kan använda dig av för att verka speciell, dock utan att ”egentligen” ha det och därmed hamna i samma grupp som de diagnosticerade.
Man har inte en släng adhd. Antingen har man det eller ej. Det är en diagnos vi pratar om inte ett personlighetsdrag. Har du problem bör du absolut göra en utredning. Annars finns det ingen anledning att belasta psykiatrin i onödan och ta en plats som någon med riktiga problem faktiskt behöver.

Vad spelar det för roll om du har adhd? Du vet dina styrkor och svagheter – så fokusera på styrkorna och ta hjälp av andra med dina svagheter.
Klart du har ADHD! Jag har ADD, alltså utan hyperaktivitet och blev diagnostiserad förra hösten vid 23 års ålder. Men allt detta känner jag såååå väl igen mig i. Du borde verkligen göra en utredning Petra!
Alltså, JA! Jag är exakt likadan. Så jäkla tankespridd heeeela tiden. Gör alltid allt i sista sekunden, det blir liksom bra men innerst inne vet jag att jag hade kunnat göra det lite bättre om jag bara hade börjat i tid haha. Jag har också verkligen misstänkt ngn form av ADHD, och det är nästan komiskt för jag o-r-k-a-r inte ens ta tag i att kolla upp det. Det är som du beskriver det administrativa – så sjukt jobbigt. Fast det egentligen inte alls är det??? Haha!! Man blir ju trött.
